1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClinicRanks ("the Directory"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use or access our verification services.

2. Directory Purpose and Limitations

ClinicRanks is an independent informational directory cataloging university-verified MDS dental specialists. We query official public portals and conduct verification checks of credentials, council registrations, and sterilization standards. However, directory listings do not constitute medical recommendations, clinical advice, or endorsements. Patients are solely responsible for verifying clinical details during active consultations.

3. Patient Review Guidelines & Conduct

To maintain review integrity, patients submitting clinic feedback must adhere to our strict guidelines:

• Genuine Experience: You must have personally received treatment at the clinic you are reviewing. Reviews submitted on behalf of friends, relatives, or third parties are prohibited.
• Accuracy: All comments must represent truthful statements of clinical facts and honest personal opinions of the care received.
• No Commercial Conflict: You must not be affiliated with, employed by, or in competition with the dental clinic you review.
• Abuse Prevention: Reviews containing harassment, profanity, discriminatory speech, or advertising links will be flagged and deleted by our moderation team.

4. Dentist Listing Rules

Dentists claiming listings must provide truthful, current qualifications and license details. Any attempt to submit fabricated weekly sterilization logs, manipulate rating scorecards, or bribe the verification desk for higher ranks will result in permanent registry exclusion. Listing in the directory is 100% merit-based and free of charge.

5. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping

All layout systems, compiled databases, and verification badges on ClinicRanks are proprietary property. Automated scraping, data harvesting, or systematic extraction of our verified dentist lists and contact phone numbers for commercial use or competitor directories is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClinicRanks, its developers, and verification interns (including Satyabrata Mishra) are not liable for any clinical complications, disputes, damages, or issues arising from appointments booked with dentists listed in the directory. We do not act as medical agents or intermediaries.
